Bachelors or Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative disciplines Excellent ability to query large datasets using SQL queries and working with databases Excellent in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc. Experience in data extraction and processing, using MapReduce, Pig, Hive, etc. Proficient programming skills using SAS and/or R Knowledge of building and applying machine learning or predictive modeling Strong problem solving skills Exceptional ability to communicate and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
