You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to shape innovative mechanical systems that stand the test of time. Your expertise will guide the development of RFPs, construction drawings, and specifications that set the standard for excellence.

If you're a seasoned engineer with a passion for high-performance building design and a track record of delivering results, we want you on our team. At Michael Baker you’ll be part of a dynamic group that values creativity, precision, and forward-thinking solutions. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and clear pathways for career growth — because we believe your success powers ours.

  • Perform field surveys of existing equipment to inform design decisions.
  • Stay current with trends and innovations in HVAC and plumbing engineering.
  • Support additional tasks, assigned by management.
