Product Designer, Instagram Cross-Meta Growth

Instagram Home is seeking a senior product designer to lead the IG Cross-Meta Growth Area. This role is responsible for developing innovative, systematic design solutions that ensure Instagram remains simple and high-craft as we help grow existing and new apps such as Instants, Threads, MetaAI, new 0 →1 efforts, and more.

The charter of the IG Cross-Meta Growth team is to create holistic solutions that support cross-app growth on Instagram and to develop and uphold principles that uphold simplicity and quality of the Instagram experience. The scope of this work spans all key Instagram surfaces such as feed, reels, stories and profile.
