Electrical Subject Matter Expert, Data Center Operations

Meta is seeking a data center Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our systems operate to meet the demands of our customers. The Electrical SME will be part of the facility's operations team and will be responsible for serving as the electrical system's technical operations expert. This role requires a broad understanding of electrical systems and equipment function, with responsibility spanning procedure-based electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, training, and project oversight. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in low voltage and medium voltage power distribution, electrical protection and control systems, UPS and battery systems, electrical testing, applicable electrical codes and standards, and a working understanding of mechanical systems.
