Working directly with the European leadership team, you will shape and execute the digital roadmap, helping the business leverage technology, data and AI to improve performance, efficiency and customer experience. Whether supporting key system implementations, working with local teams to solve challenges, or driving continuous improvement initiatives, you'll be actively involved in turning ideas into results. From AI initiatives and ERP transformations to cybersecurity, infrastructure and business applications, you'll be at the center of both strategic decision-making and successful execution. Partner directly with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Manufacturing. Evaluate, pilot and scale AI solutions that create measurable business value. Build strong relationships across the organization and become a trusted advisor to both leadership and operational teams. You are practical, entrepreneurial and collaborative, with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution. What You'll Bring Experience in an international IT role, ideally in a manufacturing environment A strong interest in digital transformation, data analytics and AI. Experience with ERP, CRM and business-critical applications. A track record of leading projects and delivering measurable business outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. The ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization. A passion for continuous improvement and creating value through technology.
