Network: Automation Engineering Intern

Position Responsibilities: Assist in developing automation scripts using Python, Ansible, or similar tools for network configuration and operations Support the automation of network tasks such as device configuration (routing and switching), provisioning, monitoring, and dashboard reporting (e.g., Power BI) Help integrate network automation into CI/CD pipelines and workflows under guidance Participate in team discussions, design reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions Learn and apply network automation best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), version control (Git), and API integrations Qualifications: Currently taking up bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related courses Enrolled in an internship program under an MBPS Campus Partner Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching Familiarity with Python scripting, Ansible, or similar automation tools Exposure to REST APIs, Linux environments, and Git is preferred Foundational knowledge of CCNA-level networking concepts is an advantage When you join our team: We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
