2026中宏保险LINK IT校招项目开放申请！ Leadership | Innovation | Next-generation | Know-how 岗位职责（数智技术） 1. 承担系统开发：基于微服务架构，完成高质量代码编写、单元测试及性能优化； 2. 解决技术难题：主导系统维护与故障排查，保障生产环境稳定运行； 3. 践行DevOps理念：参与CI/CD流程建设，持续提升开发效率与交付质量； 4. 负责规划和建设稳健可扩展的企业级AI基础设施体系；设计面向业务场景的AI原生应用架构和工程工具，确保AI系统可靠、高效且安全的落地。 岗位要求 教育背景：全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限。 硬技能： 1. 熟练掌握（或能够快速学习）数据结构与算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库系统等核心理论知识。 2. 掌握（或能够快速学习） Java / Python 至少一门主流编程语言，深入理解语言底层原理及对应技术生态。 3. 对 AI 技术与工具具备强烈好奇心，在学习与实践中高频使用各类AI工具，具备主动探索与应用意识。 4. 熟悉常用技术栈，包括前端 Vue、后端 Spring 等主流开发框架者优先。 5. 有企业实习、校园项目、课程设计、学科竞赛等工程实践与项目经验者优先。 软技能： 1. 具备出色的逻辑思维与问题解决能力，可快速理解保险行业复杂业务场景。 2. 拥有优秀的沟通表达与团队协作能力，适配跨部门敏捷协作模式。 3. 英语能力达标，可熟练阅读英文技术文档。 4. 责任心强、工作细致严谨，具备持续学习意愿与良好抗压能力。 About Manulife and John Hancock Manulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
