Job Responsibilities: About the Role: We are looking for a motivated student to join our System Engineering team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in automotive system engineering and the product development lifecycle. As a student intern, you will support system-level activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams while building foundational knowledge in automotive technologies. Your responsibilities: Assist in system engineering activities across the product development lifecycle Support requirements analysis, system architecture, and documentation tasks Collaborate with hardware, software, and validation teams Participate in design reviews and engineering discussions Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools Who We are looking for: High School Diploma or currently pursuing a college/university degree Able to work from the office at least 3 days per week Strong interest in automotive technologies Your Preferred qualifications: Currently Attending a college or University Major in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, or related field. Special Knowledge / Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Physical Demands / Work Environment: Standard office environment with a normal amount of sitting or standing Mobility to move around the office as needed Ability to perform regular computer-based tasks Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
