Who are we looking for:

Are you passionate about understanding how complex software systems behave beyond the surface?

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer who goes beyond traditional UI testing and enjoys diving into data, troubleshooting issues, and understanding how systems interact.

In this role, you will work on complex healthcare software solutions , ensuring reliability, data accuracy, and seamless communication across systems. This is the right opportunity for someone who loves problem-solving, logical reasoning, and working in structured environments , and who wants to make an impact in a regulated and meaningful industry.

Your new role:

Design and execute test scenarios for complex software applications. Analyze software requirements and translate them into effective test cases. Validate how applications manage and exchange data across systems. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on software issues. Interact with databases (SQL Server) to verify data integrity and correctness. Identify, document, and track software defects end-to-end. Collaborate with Developers, System Engineers, and Architects on bug resolution. Support validation of new features and improvements before release. Contribute to testing activities in Agile/Scrum environments.

How you’ll make an impact:

Ensure the reliability and quality of software used in healthcare environments. Identify issues not only at UI level, but also at system, data, and integration level. Actively contribute to debugging and problem-solving across systems. Improve testing approaches in complex and challenging environments. Support teams in understanding and resolving real-world issues. Ensure traceability and accuracy throughout the testing lifecycle.

About you

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical background. 3+ years of experience in software testing. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Experience in: backend or database testing (SQL) troubleshooting and log analysis testing complex or distributed systems

Ability to interpret errors and investigate issues independently. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Fluent English.
