Lead AV Installation Technician (Local & Overnight Travel)

Lead and perform commercial AV system installations, including displays, projectors, video walls, microphones, speakers, cameras, control systems, and conferencing solutions Supervise and mentor junior technicians and installers on job sites Interpret and execute installation plans, drawings, and technical documentation Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution Rack, mount, terminate, label, and test AV equipment and cabling (Cat6, fiber, HDMI, speaker wire, etc.) Configure and test AV systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality Troubleshoot and resolve installation and system issues efficiently Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices Maintain accurate documentation, as-built drawings, and job status reports Provide on-site client support and basic user training as needed
