Lead No-code Practice Development & Center of Excellence:

establish and promote no-code methodologies, tools, and frameworks

drive standardization, continuous improvement, and distribution of best no-code practices across the organization

create and lead a Center of Competence for no-code practices, including governance, prioritization, resource management, and component reuse across project teams

lead, mentor, and manage a team of low-code developers in designing, developing, and maintaining business applications

1. Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory:

сollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate them into effective low-code solutions.

Act as a strategic advisor on no-code platform usage, capabilities, and limitations.

1. Ensure compliance with architecture and quality standards by enforcing best practices in security, scalability, maintainability, and solution design.
2. Implement business initiatives—from idea to deployment—regularly using the Creatio no-code platform.
3. Contribute to the recruitment and development of internal no-code creators, including onboarding, training, and certification initiatives
4. Foster knowledge sharing and build an internal no-code community.
5. Coordinate with IT, QA, and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD, deployment, and delivery processes.
6. Experience in conducting pre-sales activities, including client consultations, needs analysis, and solution presentations.
