Job Description
·3 + years of technical support experience in Windows Platform, Operating System, Virtualization, basic Networking, and System Administration etc.
· Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.

Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations

Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence

The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable

Demonstrable troubleshooting skills

Cross-team collaboration
·Platform (windows /Windows Azure) Skills

Experience in Windows & Windows Azure Platform services

Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration

Familiarity with system management tools such as SCOM

Experience with Hyper-V configuration and administration

Azure Platform development and deployment concepts

Familiarity with development: tools, language, process, methods, troubleshooting

Operating System/Virtualization

Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts
