Years of Experience – 7 to 10 Mandatory Skills – Process design and development experience, 3+ years of IBM BPM experience. Good Communication skill, Onsite experience Minimum Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in IBM BPM technology Very strong BPM UI development skills including Javascript/dojo/jQuery (both coach views and heritage coaches) Experience with various versions of BPM or heritage coaches in newer versions Experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex queries Detailed experience in integrating external systems with IBM BPM Experience consuming soap web services (XML, XSL) Experience with agile scrum methodology Strong hands-on development experience in IBM BPM 7.x/8.x for at least 2-3 years Need to be able to code hands-on in Java atleast some basics. Having IBM BPM configuration skills will be an added advantage Should have good communication skills and should be able to directly interact with the customer Roles: Working with SME’s/SAs on Business requirements Preparing High Level and Low level design document Design, develop, and test complex integration solution based on IBM BPM Deep understanding of work flow and business impact Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements; design appropriate solutions and recommend alternative approaches when necessary. Coordinating with onshore, offshore and responsible for status updates.
