• 3 + years’ Network Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles. • Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset. • Soft Skills o Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations o Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills o Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence o Demonstrable troubleshooting skills o Cross-team collaboration • Networking Skills o Experience with networking concepts including Load balancer, Routing, Switching, Security o Experience and familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, wire shark, etc.) o Understanding geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies ( Site to site , Point to site preferred, leased line) o Experience and understanding of the OSI model and related concepts • Time of operation: This track will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, candidates should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster
