Title: Sr. Project Engineer - Offshore

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer with proven expertise in offshore oil & gas projects, particularly brownfield modifications and interface management . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders while delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering and project execution activities for offshore brownfield projects. Coordinate and monitor multidisciplinary engineering interfaces between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with project scope, technical specifications, schedules, and budgets. Drive effective interface management across all project phases, ensuring seamless integration between existing facilities and new modifications. Collaborate with construction, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks, especially related to offshore execution and brownfield constraints. Review and approve engineering deliverables, drawings, and technical documentation. Ensure adherence to HSE requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline). Minimum 10 years of experience in project engineering within the oil & gas industry. Mandatory experience in offshore projects , particularly brownfield developments . Demonstrated experience in interface management across complex projects. Strong understanding of offshore execution challenges, modification work, and tie-ins. Proven track record of delivering projects within schedule and budget. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region. Familiarity with major operator standards PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. Preference will be given to Saudi nationals.
