Job Requirement

KBR is looking for a Project Manager with mega EPC project experience, to be based in Abu Dhabi Offshore Site 6/3 Rotation for a PMC project.

Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale oil & gas projects throughout the project lifecycle. This role oversees engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements. The Project Director serves as the primary interface with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and executive management.

Certifications (Preferred) PMP (Project Management Professional) PMI-SP, PgMP, or equivalent Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) NEBOSH or relevant HSE certification Technical Competencies Project Management & Project Controls EPC/EPCM Project Delivery Cost Control & Budget Management Contract Administration & Claims Management Risk Management Procurement & Supply Chain Management Construction Management Oil & Gas Industry Standards (API, ASME, ISO) Commissioning & Start-Up Stakeholder Management

Experience required:

Minimum Overall 20+ years of oil & gas experience. Experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects. Experience working on multi-billion-dollar projects. Experience working on associated and non-associated sour-gas treatment projects. Experience in Pipeline, Common Utilities and Infrastructure development in Gas Processing plants. Must have at least 10+ Years experience working in offshore projects. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST. Minimum 8–10 years in senior project management or project manager roles. Proven track record delivering large-scale EPC/EPCM projects valued at USD 500M+ to multi-billion-dollar projects. Extensive experience in managing multinational project teams and contractors.
