Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities 1. Develop design solutions and schematics based on product design requirements, complete PCB layout, and generate BOMs and related development documentation. Collaborate with other development and testing teams to understand product requirements and support validation efforts. 2. Develop hardware testing plans and be responsible for product hardware debugging and testing. Timely resolve hardware issues encountered during product development, testing, and certification processes. 3. Provide technical support for related products, handle production issues, and ensure issue tracking and resolution. ## Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. 2. 2–5 years of relevant work experience. 3. Solid foundational knowledge of analog and digital electronics; proficient in using hardware design software such as Altium Designer. 4. CET-4 or above. ## Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in automotive electronic components design. 2. Strong English listening and speaking skills.
