岗位描述： 工厂智能质检、设备预测性维护、工艺参数优化等AI场景方案设计与落地 工业多源数据处理（传感器、设备日志、工艺参数）、特征工程与建模开发 跟踪工业AI技术趋势，持续优化模型与应用 技能要求： （一）编程与数据处理 精通Python，熟练使用Pandas、NumPy 熟悉SQL数据库操作（MySQL/SQL Server） （二）机器学习与建模 熟练运用XGBoost、LightGBM 了解深度学习基础（CNN/LSTM） （三）模型落地 具备模型封装能力（FastAPI/Flask） 了解Docker 岗位要求： 本科及以上，计算机/自动化/AI相关专业 2年以上AI应用开发经验 有制造业AI模型应用经验优先 Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
