About the role
- 负责分管空调产品的整机电气设计工作，与电控箱设计工程师合作完成电控箱的设计，负责机组接线系统的设计，组织对新开发电气控制系统的可靠性实验策划及验证，组织机组电气设计评审； 2. 为生产制造和维修服务中的电气质量问题，提供有效的分析方法和手段； 3. 搞好与各相关部门的沟通与合作，与研发及工厂各部门进行沟通与协调，发现、分析并解决生产中遇到的电气技术问题，并能够与电气零部件组共同处理零部件重大技术问题； 4. 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求； 5. 执行公司的安全卫生环保管理制度；对功能块的危险源进行辨识和环境因素的识别、评价和更新，并负责监督目标和管理方案的有效实施。 B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE : 任职条件: 学历，工作经验，能力和技能 1.学历 ：自动化或电子、电气等相关专业本科或以上学历。 2.工作经验：5年以上空调产品的电气开发、设计工作经验；熟悉电气产品设计过程和控制，对低压电气零部件的性能和特性有较深入的了解。 3.能力和技能：熟悉空调产品国家电气标准及空调行业标准，能单独承担产品电气设计任务；具有良好的服务及团队合作意识；熟悉计算机运用，熟悉AUTOCAD ELECTRICAL软件。 4.其他：具备良好的英文听说表达能力，有空调CE或UL产品设计经验加分。 Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
