HR Technology Analyst What You Will Do As an HR Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Workday reporting solutions, analytics initiatives, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will serve as a strategic partner to HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders, translating reporting requirements into scalable Workday reporting and dashboard solutions. Demonstrating Workday expertise, the HR Technology team partners with HR stakeholders to answer reporting-related questions, develop meaningful analytics, ensure data integrity, and provide insights that support workforce planning and business outcomes. The Analyst will lead reporting enhancements, support Workday releases, and identify opportunities to improve data accessibility and reporting efficiency. How You Will Do It Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, and business leaders to translate reporting needs into actionable Workday reporting solutions. Develop and optimize Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports within Workday. Create and maintain calculated fields, report prompts, and data sources to support business reporting requirements. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across Workday reporting solutions. Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable business insights. Support auditing, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements. Serve as a reporting subject matter expert during Workday implementations, enhancements, and biannual releases. Lead testing efforts for Workday upgrades, ensuring reporting functionality, calculated fields, integrations, and dashboards perform as expected. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and streamline reporting processes. Develop documentation, training materials, and reporting best practices for HR and business stakeholders. Support security configuration and reporting access to ensure appropriate governance and compliance standards are maintained. Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. What We Look For Required Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience working with Human Capital Management systems, preferably Workday. Strong experience developing and supporting Workday reports and dashboards. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions. Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to data quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
