A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : 主要职责 1. 负责分管的空调产品的整机电气设计工作，与电控柜设计工程师合作完成电控柜的电气设计，负责机组接线系统的设计，组织对新产品电气控制系统的可靠性实验策划及验证，组织机组电气设计评审； 2. 为生产制造和维修服务中的产品电气质量问题，提供有效的分析方法和手段； 3. 与研发及工厂各部门进行有效的沟通与协调，发现、分析并解决新产品开发及生产过程中遇到的电气技术问题，并能够与零部件组共同处理电气零部件重大技术问题； 4. 参与团队能力建设，参与团队的内部知识分享及培训工作； 5. 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求； 6. 执行公司的安全卫生环保管理制度；对功能块的危险源进行辨识和环境因素的识别、评价和更新，并负责监督目标和管理方案的有效实施。 B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE : 任职条件: 学历，工作经验，能力和技能 1.学历 ：自动化或电子、电气等相关专业本科或以上学历。 2.工作经验：10年以上电气产品的设计开发工作经验（其中至少5年以上的制冷企业设计相关工作经验）；熟悉制冷产品电气设计过程和控制，对低压电气零部件的性能和特性有较深入的了解。 3.能力和技能：熟悉计算机运用，熟悉AUTOCAD ELECTRICAL软件；熟悉制冷产品（最好是螺杆机组/离心机组）GB/CE电气相关标准；独立承担产品电气设计任务，对团队成员进行技术指导；具有良好的服务及团队合作意识；具备良好的英文读写能力。 4.其他：有良好英语口语交流能力加分；熟悉新能源储能（如800VDC应用等）电气相关知识加分；熟悉工厂/数据中心输配电知识加分。 Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
