- data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance. Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
- Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies. Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration.
- Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for a smooth transition. 4 Maintain documentation for data conversion processes and procedures.
