Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and motivated Data Engineer to join our InSight Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to solution design mapping, User Experience/User Interface design, and the configuration of the InSight platform (or similar Content Services Platforms), as defined by architects. You will join a dynamic, collaborative team of functional architects and project managers dedicated to pushing the boundaries of cloud-based Content Services Platforms and delivering seamless digital experiences. In this role, you will: Solution Design & Configuration: Contribute to solution design mapping, User Experience/User Interface design, and configuration of the InSight platform, developing agreed design packages including all Content Services Provider elements and custom coding requirements. Lifecycle Collaboration: Work on design, development cycles, and sprints in close collaboration with the project manager and architects, reviewing design packages with functional architects and suggesting improvements. API Development & Integration: Develop or integrate enterprise Application Programming Interfaces, including REST Application Programming Interface development and secondary technical design. Sprint Management & Estimates: Provide input on development effort during bidding phases, ensuring timely completion of assigned work packages and updating Kanban boards when work tickets are completed. The ideal candidate will have: 5 years of workflow development experience in Content Services Platforms, with experience in application, User Interface, and User Experience development. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field. Fluent English, and preferred advanced Spanish language skills. Strong knowledge of programming (Java, Python, Groovy, JavaScript, Shell), databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, SQL, MySQL), Tools (Git, GitHub, Jira, Slack, Nexus), and Cloud/DevOps (Amazon Web Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Google Cloud Platform). Strong technical design and architecture documentation skills, with knowledge of cloud platforms (Google, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft), Active Directory, Single Sign-On, and Security Assertion Markup Language. Familiarity with GSuite, Jira, and ServiceNow, paired with core competencies in logical thinking, proactivity, agility, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail.
