We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the product management team Handle resellers’ / customers’ inquiries, both in email and via telephone, written & verbal Handle logistics / order processing duties Coordinate / communicate with resellers’ logistics team for inquiries, problem-solving Handle other administrative support to Product Managers, in events, campaigns, reporting, documentation and other data processing duties when necessary.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business administration, IT industry ideal but not a must 1–2 years of working experience in customer support, service support, ideally in the IT / Technical industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal & written. Good knowledge and skills in MS Excel, e.g. pivot table, V-Look Up, namely High sensitivity to numbers, good attention to details Problem-solving skill sets and mindset, able to work independently as well as a good team player
