REQUIRED SKILLS: • Proficiency configuring and troubleshooting Windows operating systems in a client/server environment • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot computer and network problems • Strong customer service skills • ABILITY TO DRIVE AND TRAVEL TO SATELLITE CENTERS IN INDIAN LAND SC AND CHESTER SC TO PROVIDE SUPPORT
PREFERRED SKILLS: • EXPERIENCE PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO PC USERS IN AN ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT • EXPERIENCE BACKING UP USER FILES, IMAGING PCS, AND RESTORING DATA • NETWORKING EXPERIENCE INSTALLING AND MAINTAINING WORKGROUP LEVEL EQUIPMENT SUCH AS CABLING, SWITCHES, AND AP’S
REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: - Associate degree in Computer Science or Electronics Technology
PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS : A+, Net+, CCNA, Microsoft Certifications
