Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: Columbia, SC Duration: 6 months REQUIRED SKILLS Proficiency configuring and troubleshooting Windows operating systems in a client/server environment Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot computer and network problems Strong customer service skills Ability to drive and travel to satellite centers in Indian land SC and Chester SC to provide support. PREFERRED SKILLS Experience providing technical support to pc users in an enterprise environment Experience backing up user files, imaging pcs, and restoring data Networking experience installing and maintaining workgroup level equipment such as cabling, switches, and ap’s PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS : A+, Net+, CCNA, Microsoft Certifications REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Associate degree in Computer Science or Electronics Technology
