Salesforce Lead

Architectural Strategy & Design Design and document end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and reliability. Define data models and integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Govern the use of declarative vs. programmatic solutions (Apex, LWC) to ensure platform health Collaboration & Quality Assurance Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical blueprints. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. Conduct technical code and configuration reviews to ensure alignment with best practices. Mentor developers and admins, fostering a culture of technical excellence and clean code. DevOps & Release Management Contribute to the design of CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce DX, Jenkins). Oversee environment management and deployment strategies across sandboxes and production. Troubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize system performance. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Agile Leadership Lead technical discussions during Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Work with Product Owners to refine user stories and provide accurate development estimates. Security & Compliance Architect solutions that adhere to strict security standards (Shield, OWASP, GDPR). Manage complex Sharing Models and Field-Level Security to ensure data integrity.
