AI Experience Lead Description - We are seeking an AI Experience Lead for the Commercial PC organization—someone passionate about transforming innovative technology into meaningful customer stories and compelling product narratives, with strong AI fluency and a hands-on builder mindset. In this role, you will lead the development of HP’s commercial AI narrative, translating technical capabilities into clear customer value and compelling visual storytelling. As part of the AI Experiences GTM team, you will work across Product, Category, and Marketing to connect innovation with market relevance while actively experimenting, prototyping, and shaping how new experiences come to market. This role is about defining how the market understands the next generation of computing— from AI capabilities to new form factors—by driving the strategic focus our business needs to win in emerging categories. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Narrative & Market Positioning: Own and evolve the commercial AI experience narrative, translating technical capabilities into clear customer value and differentiated market positioning. 2. AI Experience Development: Define, test, and refine real-world AI use cases across HP, Microsoft, and ISV solutions, building compelling demos and shaping experiences that reflect customer workflows and business needs. 3. Sales Enablement & Executive Communication: Equip sales teams, partners, and executives with compelling narratives, tools, and presentations that communicate HP’s differentiated value with clarity and confidence. 4. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner across Product, Category, Marketing, NPI, and executive teams to align strategy and execution, while bringing an AI-savvy, hands-on builder mindset to experimentation, prototyping, and accelerating learning. Qualifications • 8+ years in product management, product experience, marketing, category, or related roles. • College degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical field; MBA preferred. • Strong knowledge of the AI landscape, including generative AI, agentic AI, on device AI, and emerging industry trends, with the ability to translate technical advances into clear customer and business value. • Hands-on and AI-savvy, with a builder mindset and comfort using new tools to prototype ideas, pressure-test concepts, and accelerate learning. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across organizations and levels. • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to turn complex problems into actionable solutions The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
