As a Sr Advanced Data Scientist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical insight and acting as the subject matter expert in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis projects. • Apply expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions

• Manage end-to-end data science projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture

• Contribute to the strategic vision of the Data Science team, providing input on initiatives that align with business objectives

• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and generate valuable insights

Qualifications

• YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on leading complex projects and delivering impactful solutions

• Mastery experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis

• Strong project management and organizational abilities

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior data scientists

• WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.

• Experience in leading and ownership of complex data projects

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R

• Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall direction of the Data Science team
