We are seeking an experienced Advanced Field Service Engineer to join our service team in Malaysia. This role is critical in delivering high-quality technical service across multiple customer sites, ensuring system reliability, and driving customer satisfaction.
You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing building systems while directly contributing to business performance and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver service, maintenance, and troubleshooting across customer sites
- Support BMS / HVAC / Fire / Security systems
- Perform system configuration, programming, and commissioning
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues (including networking-related issues)
- Execute small service projects and upgrades
- Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors for service delivery
- Monitor site performance, produce reports, and meet KPIs
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction
- Support financial activities including cost estimation and forecasting
Key Experience & Capabilities
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in BMS (Building Management Systems)
- Strong troubleshooting and field service expertise
- Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Ability to work onsite and travel between customer locations (25–50%)
- Malaysian citizenship (no visa sponsorship available)
Practical experience with
- HVAC Controls
- Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
- Building Automation Systems (BAS)
