Responsibilities

• Configure CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce)

• Implement call-recording ingestion (Gong, Clari, Teams)

• Support product configuration for U.S. accounts

• Troubleshoot technical issues

• Lead implementation process alongside CS

• Reduce onboarding time to < 5 days
