De uitdaging Als Installatieverantwoordelijke Elektrotechniek (IV) bij Hitachi Energy Nederland zie je toe op de uitvoering van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, bewaak je de naleving van SLA-afspraken en zorg je ervoor dat werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afschakelen van hoog- en middenspanningssystemen. Je bent de technische spil tussen klanten, onderhoudsteams, contractors en de backoffice-organisatie en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de beschikbaarheid en prestaties van onze installaties. Hoe jij impact maakt Ondersteunen van de SLA Project Manager bij het waarborgen van de technische kwaliteit en compliance van werkzaamheden op locatie. Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. Aansturen en begeleiden van onderhoudsteams en externe contractors op locatie. Bewaken van de uitvoering volgens SLA-afspraken en technische eisen. Vastleggen en rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Adviseren van de SLA Project Manager over kostenbeheersing en optimalisatiemogelijkheden. Ondersteunen van maintenance engineering bij technische vraagstukken en compliance. Beheren en actualiseren van onderhoudsdocumentatie en rapportages. Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens dagelijkse werkzaamheden op locatie. Registreren, opvolgen en afhandelen van kwaliteitsissues via systemen zoals CCRP, NCR en vergelijkbare tools. Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van onderhoudsprocessen en operationele prestaties. Jouw profiel MBO-4 of HBO opleiding in Elektrotechniek of Energietechniek. Aantoonbare ervaring als Maintenance Coördinator, Installatieverantwoordelijke of vergelijkbare functie binnen energie- of netwerkinfrastructuur. Gedegen kennis van onderhoudsprocessen, storingsanalyse en technische compliance. Kennis van en ervaring met NEN 3140 en NEN 3840. Ervaring met het aansturen van monteurs, onderhoudsteams en externe aannemers. Sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en procesverbetering. Administratief nauwkeurig en gewend om te werken met onderhoudsdocumentatie en rapportages. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden richting klanten, collega's en leveranciers.
