How you’ll make an impact

1. You will extend working with g lobal product technical support for life-cycle maintenance of High Voltage Switchgear: production, master data, quality case, design improvement, testing support and etc.
2. You will d evelop HV switchgear products and solutions to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost and manufacturability.
3. You will e ngage in product development process, including concept, design, prototype, test, documentation, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support, also c ollaborate with cross-functions in design and solution development, including product management, quality, production operation, SCM...
4. You will d esign and create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently, p erform tolerance chain calculation and kinematic chain analysis and p erform or check dielectric and mechanical calculation or simulation.
5. You will c onduct design review, including DFMEA/DFM/DFA and c onduct quality case (e.g. switching, insulation related, mechanical) root cause analysis with solid electrical and mechanical knowledge.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a m aster's degree or above in Mechanical engineering or other related majors. 2. E xperienced with manufacturing and fabrication processes, m ore than 3-year-experience mechanical design. 3. Rich experience in mechanical design and good skills with CAD tools like Creo, Solidworks and e xperienced at tolerance chain calculation and kinematic chain analysis. 4. Familiar with metal material properties and experienced in selection. 5. Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit. 6. Strong result-driven, high quality and high speed player, e xcellent learning ability is required. 7. Good oral/writing English preferred.
