Profession (Job Category): IT, Telecom & Internet Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No Job Description: 【工作内容】 管理运维服务团队，面向本公司和集团内其他公司提供IT技术支持服务，主要包括 •办公用PC、手机、公司服务器等硬件的配置、升级、运行维护、设备管理，固定资产盘点 •Microsoft操作系统及常用办公软件的安装与配置 •及时响应员工提出的IT问题，提供技术支持 •网络管理，信息安全以及新增服务项目、软件工具的导入 持续改善IT Helpdesk服务，应对客户（集团内公司）与运维服务团队之间的协调沟通 •管理Helpdesk服务平台，日常收集用户反馈与需求 •各种故障排除和应急处理（包括节假日） •定期召开会议评估改善运维模式，对运维服务团队提出改进建议 【招聘要求】 1. 全日制本科学历以上，专业不限，理工类专业优先。 2. 日语JLPT-N1合格或同等水平以上，商务听说读写流利。英语可应对日常书面沟通。 3. 日企工作经验1年以上，2021年毕业的优秀人才亦可。 4. 具备IT专业知识，尤其是IT Helpdesk经验的人才优先。了解Microsoft产品，有相关技术支持经验的人才优先。 5. 具备业务所必须的沟通协调能力和责任心。 Hitachi brings together the world’s greatest minds to help breathe life into new possibilities – and drive innovation for a better future.
