Job description We are looking for an IBM Maximo Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to support the implementation, enhancement, and support of IBM Maximo solutions for international clients. The role involves gathering business requirements, assisting with solution configuration, supporting testing activities, and working closely with business users to improve maintenance and asset management processes. The consultant should be comfortable communicating in English and collaborating in a multicultural project environment. Functional Area Experience / Skills Required - Understanding of maintenance management processes, including work orders, preventive maintenance, asset management, and inventory management. - Experience participating in requirement gathering workshops and documenting business requirements. - Ability to work directly with business users and translate operational needs into functional solutions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Rail industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Technical Skills / Systems Experience Required - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. - IBM Maximo related certification is a plus. - 3+ years of experience working with IBM Maximo as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Application Consultant. - Experience configuring and supporting core Maximo modules such as Work Management, Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, or Inventory Management. - Familiarity with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management. - Basic understanding of integrations, data migration, and reporting concepts within Maximo environments is preferred. Expected Key Deliverables - Business requirements documentation. - Functional design and configuration support. - Test scripts and UAT support. - User training and knowledge transfer materials. - Functional issue analysis and resolution support. #LI-AL2 About us We’re a global, team of innovators.
