How you’ll make an impact You will perform installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of Hitachi Energy products and systems, including but not limited to transformers, switchgear, protection and control systems.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues at customer sites, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.

You will execute preventive maintenance schedules and conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates within specified parameters and prevent potential failures.

You will provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of Hitachi Energy products.

You will adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and customer site requirements while performing field service activities.

You will collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

You will maintain accurate records of all service activities, equipment configurations, and customer interactions.

You will continuously update technical knowledge through training and self-study to stay abreast of new products and technologies.

You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of power generation, transmission, or distribution equipment.

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Taiwan.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging and dynamic environments.

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
