Como você causará impacto Prestar suporte técnico a usuários em sistemas e ferramentas internas.

Realizar tratativas e filtragem de chamados, assegurando agilidade e qualidade nas respostas.

Apoiar o time de BPO em demandas operacionais e técnicas.

Elaborar e manter documentações técnicas e especificações funcionais.

Contribuir com melhorias contínuas nas ferramentas utilizadas pela equipe.

Participar de iniciativas de análise de dados e engenharia de sistemas voltadas à área de tecnologia.

Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis.

Requisitos Cursando graduação em Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Sistemas, Análise de Dados ou áreas correlatas.

Inglês intermediário (obrigatório).

Espanhol (diferencial).

Conhecimento em Power BI.

Conhecimento em Power Apps.
