Key Responsibilities Own pod-level CSL outcomes: test design efficiency, defect removal efficiency, automation pass-rate, defect leakage to UAT/production.. Author and maintain the pod's Test Strategy, Test Plans, RTM and regression-suite catalog in Azure DevOps Test Plans. Mentor the Std 2 testers ramping into the pod across Q1/Q2; own buddy-pairing for at least one sprint per new joiner. Contribute to and maintain the shared Playwright + Insomnia test framework; ensure pipelines stay green in ADO. Represent the pod in the daily DC overlap stand-up and the weekly Scrum-of-Scrums. Required Experience & Skills 8+ years in QA with 4+ years in test automation. Deep functional QA experience in one of: investment lifecycle / portfolio mgmt; trade finance / non-financial ops; risk-rating / collateral / profitability systems. Hands-on Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript) framework design, including POM, fixtures and data-driven testing. Strong API testing experience using Insomnia and/or Postman/Newman; OpenAPI/Swagger contract validation. Azure DevOps Test Plans, Boards and Pipelines proficiency. Strong SQL for data-led validation (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL). Demonstrated leadership of a small offshore squad (3-5 testers). Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Familiarity with SAFe Agile delivery and PI planning. Exposure to Power BI / ADO Analytics for CSL reporting. GitHub Copilot for Business adoption experience. Tools & Technology Proficiency Playwright (TS/JS) - Expert Insomnia - Expert Azure DevOps (Test Plans, Boards, Pipelines) - Advanced SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL) - Advanced GitHub Copilot for Business - Advanced Git, branching strategies and pull-request workflows - Advanced Certifications ISTQB Advanced Level - Test Analyst (mandatory) Playwright certification or equivalent demonstrable framework experience (mandatory) Certified Scrum Master / SAFe Practitioner (preferred) Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (preferred)
