We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Excellence Lead, a highly skilled technical expert who can evaluate and elevate the performance of our engineering teams. This person will conduct in-depth technical audits across multiple projects, identify hidden weaknesses before our clients do, and guide teams to raise the quality of our products, systems, and engineering practices. The ideal candidate is not just a veteran engineer but also a strong mentor who knows how to coach tech leads and engineers toward excellence.
