Internship Program Overview: Our Interns & Co-ops are our entry-level talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Summary of Role: Own and manage end-to-end tapeout execution from design to silicon, ensuring first-time quality, prototype success, and customer satisfaction through effective collaboration across Fab and Design-to-Mask organizations. Drive continuous improvement in tapeout processes, technology transfers, and specification management while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and operational excellence.

Essential Responsibilities include: End-to-End Tapeout Execution

Coordinate Cross-Functional Stakeholders

Maintain Tapeout Infrastructure and Specifications

Drive Continuous Improvement and Technology Enablement

Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs .

Required Qualifications: Actively pursuing a Diploma in Science, Technology, Engineering or related field through an accredited Degree program during the time of internship .

Must be in good academic standing.

Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior related internship or co-op experience

• Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

• Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong planning & organizational skills

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, or data analytics tools is preferred.
