Responsibilities

Deliver advanced support for SAP Logistics& Operations Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into IT solutions Ensure system stability, performance, and proper documentation Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for end-to-end process alignment Support testing cycles, upgrades, and change requests Train key users and provide knowledge transfer

Qualifications

Professional experience supporting SAP logistics modules (WM/EWM, LE) in an international environment. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end logistics, warehouse, production, and quality processes. Experience in global ERP template support and process harmonization. Experience providing Second Level Support in an IT operations environment, including: analyzing and resolving complex functional/logistics issues escalated from First Level Support; performing detailed root‑cause analysis (functional + interface + data); coordinating fixes with integration teams, SAP teams, and external vendors; ensuring clear and structured communication back to support teams and business users. Experience handling 3rd‑party logistics integrations (3PL systems, labeling solutions, scanners/RF/mobile devices). Knowledge of labeling standards and understanding of packaging hierarchy. Ability to work in a structured support environment (SLA-driven, ticket-based, priority handling). Ability to document solutions, known errors, work instructions, and configuration impacts for global support teams. Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to diagnose cross-module issues. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global logistics, warehouse, production, procurement, and quality teams. Familiarity with ITIL principles for Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Experience with Handling Unit Management (HUM) including packaging, palletization, packing instructions, handling unit labels, and warehouse execution with HUs. Hands‑on experience with warehouse and shop‑floor technologies (barcode scanners, RF devices, mobile applications, label printers). Basic knowledge of PP,QM,PM modules.
