Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable semantic models and governed KPI frameworks for Analytics, AI, AI Agents, and self-service use cases Translate business requirements, processes, and business logic into reusable semantic data structures Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Governance, and AI teams Contribute to the continuous improvement of the enterprise semantic layer and semantic modelling standards Support the implementation of an AI-ready enterprise data foundation Ensure quality, consistency, and usability of semantic data products Support governance and lifecycle management activities for semantic models and KPIs Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for semantic modelling solutions Contribute to the evolution of modern analytics and AI data architecture Qualifications: Experience in semantic modelling and enterprise data modelling Strong DAX knowledge and solid SQL skills Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and Lakehouse architectures Understanding of modern Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, and Data Product architectures Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business logic into scalable technical models Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and data harmonization principles Basic programming skills in Python Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities Quality-oriented mindset with focus on scalability, standardization, and reusability Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
