Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Staff Thermal Engineer located in Kallang, Singapore
What a typical day looks like: Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of thermal design architecture.
Perform thermal/acoustic estimation/verification against product requirements.
Research/implement new thermal technologies for high density power module and energy storage products.
In charge of supplier management and cross functional communication.
Manage technical projects and collaborate with other internal teams and to support the execution process throughout development cycle.
Collaborate with design team to get resolution/path forward when appropriate trade-offs required between thermal and other disciplines ( ie . EMC, SI, PCB design).
Keep up to date on appropriate standards and test methodologies.
Review of design for thermal strategy and implementation
