Job Title Mainframe Sr. Advisor About your role: At Fiserv, we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As a Software Development Engineering - Sr Advisor I, you will play a critical role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs. What you'll do: Provide leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform advanced coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members. Drive innovation and best practices within the software development team.
