Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned AI Transformation Consultant to partner with enterprise clients and internal business units to define, architect, and execute AI and GenAI-led transformation strategies. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of strategic vision and hands-on delivery experience — translating complex AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage C-Suite stakeholders, and build the transformation frameworks necessary for sustainable, enterprise-scale AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements from discovery and design through deployment, ensuring measurable ROI and enterprise alignment.
- Develop and implement AI/GenAI strategies across business functions including finance, operations, risk, and customer experience.
- Design Intelligent Automation solutions leveraging RPA, IDP, advanced analytics, and LLM-based workflows to re-engineer core processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior leadership; translate AI capabilities into compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps.
- Partner with technology, product, and data teams to integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise platforms and data ecosystems.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams; drive concurrent AI and Automation workstreams using Agile methodologies.
- Develop AS-IS / TO-BE process maps to identify automation and AI augmentation opportunities with quantified business impact.
- Monitor and report on AI program performance; build dashboards and KPI frameworks for executive stakeholder visibility.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evaluate new tools, models, and frameworks for enterprise applicability.

- 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise AI program leadership.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML deployment, RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), IDP, and GenAI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead AI Centers of Excellence or similar governance bodies.
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills — ability to present to and influence CXO-level audiences.
- MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher; hands-on experience with process reengineering methodologies.
-
Certifications in GenAI for Business Leaders (PMI) or equivalent.

Financial services domain expertise — wealth management, annuities, insurance, or banking.
-
Experience with Task Mining, Workforce Intelligence tools, or process discovery platforms.
-
Base Compensation Range: 160,000 - 180,000 per year
The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
