Roles and Responsibilities:Experience in implementation of ML/AI solutions for enterprise level on Azure/AWS cloudCommunicate effectively with clients on brainstorming the solutionsConduct research and development majorly on AI/ML implementationsImplement RAG architecture for confidential data use caseApply deep learning techniques and machine learning experienceFine tune LLM for optimal performanceDevelop and implement generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design solutions that address business needsResearch and experiment with new AI algorithms, architectures, and tools to improve model performance and capabilitiesTrain, evaluate, and fine-tune generative models using large datasets to achieve desired outcomesOptimize model inference and deployment pipelines for efficiency and scalability in production environmentsStay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and technology and contribute to the knowledge sharing within the teamParticipate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective collaborationGood to have - experience in healthcare and life sciences to relevant projectsLeverage MLOps and LLMOps experience to optimize operationsAct as a hands-on leader with GenAI and Machine Learning experienceQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field7+ years of experience in implementing ML/AI solutions for enterprise level on Azure/AWS cloudStrong programming skills in languages such as Python, with experience in data scienceProficiency in generative AI techniques, including GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and related architecturesGood understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and methodologiesExperience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation using large-scale datasetsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience in healthcare and life sciences is a plusFamiliarity with MLOps, AiOps, and llmops is beneficialGood to have certifications in AI/ML or related fields
