In a nutshell As an Automation & RPA Engineer you will help transform and automate internal processes across our European IT organization. You will focus on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement .

Where will you be based and what business will you support? Based in Barcelona, Spain; you will join a globally distributed team in support of our European Laboratory businesses. How can you help us? you will: Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processes Develop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerShell) Automate repetitive activities such as: Reporting & KPIs Data handling & reconciliation IT support processes

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions Contribute to AI-driven initiatives (e.g. copilots, intelligent agents) Continuously improve and scale automation solutions What can we do for you? Are you our kind of extraordinary? You have: ~2–6 years of experience in automation / RPA / scripting / process improvement Hands-on experience with tools such as: Power Automate / RPA tools Python, PowerShell or similar

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Interest in AI and emerging technologies Good communication skills in English and ability to work in an international team You are: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new environments A fast learner. Self-motivated with a can-do attitude. What else should I know? The following skills are an advantage: Experience with APIs or system integrations Exposure to Power Platform or low-code tools Basic data handling or database knowledge Background in Pharma operations.
