- Genesys Framework, Genesys Voice Platform(GVP) including SIP Server, URS, Config Server, DB Server, Routing Stat Servers, Reporting Stat Servers, Interaction Center
- Application Operation, Maintenance and Development
- Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) and Framework
- Genesys Inbound Voice Application 8.1, GVP,WFM, Infomart, Interaction Workspace
- Change, Incident/Service Request/ Release Management on Genesys, Upgrades of Genesys components
