Job Summary Works with product teams, analysts and other engineers to design systems and application software, and mentor junior members of the team. Responsibilities Requirements Analysis Understands, reads, and reviews requirements Works with Business Analysts to understand business requirements Software Architecture Full Stack Developer Must be Strong in Java, Rest API, Spring Framework, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kafka,React JS Development/Coding Develops scripts and code using React, Java, Rest API, Spring Framework, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kafka Cross-technical integration Participates in peer reviews Adoption of standard coding processes Testing Develops unit tests Fixes defects Develops test strategies Recommends testing frameworks DevOps Defines deployment and release guidelines Defines and executes environment planning and cross-functional dependencies Documents software configuration management practices and educates cross-functional stakeholders on the processes and tools Software Reliability & Support Engineering Captures, Consolidates, and maintains inventory of production applications, flows and systems for all the software engineering verticals Helps in preparing application support documentation Troubleshoots basic application issues with the help of knowledge base documents R&D/Innovation Investigates, analyzes, and evaluates new technologies Qualifications 5+ years experience Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
