Job Title: Engineer II, Process Engineering Job Description: The Role: 維護生產機台順利運作、提升設備稼動率、優化生產效率，確保產線不間斷 Responsible for CMP filter production to ensure smooth operations, optimize equipment utilization, improve overall efficiency, and prevent production downtime. In this role you will: 每日生產設備及製程參數巡查，確保工作環境安全。 機台定期保養、異常故障排除與緊急應變之處理。 持續改善製造流程、良率使生產效率提升。 專案管理，導入新產品及自動化設備、建立標準操作程序文件。 品質管理，定期檢視SPC及稽核相關文件如FMEA及SOP。 承攬商作業管理、確認廠商施工作業符合安全衛生要求。 主管交辦其他任務之執行。 Conduct daily inspections of production equipment and recipes to ensure a safe working environment. Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot and handle emergency responses. Continuously improve manufacturing processes and yields to enhance production efficiency. Manage projects for new product introduction and automation cobots, and establish SOP. Manage quality by regularly reviewing SPC and ISO documents such as FMEA and WI. Manage contractors to ensure all onsite work complies with safety and health requirements. Execute other tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
